The Self-Audit

What About Your Work Has to Be Human

A client sends you a draft they put together themselves and politely asks why the same thing costs ten times as much with you. The Self-Audit is the document that gets you an answer. It is the small version of our Human Premium Audit: the same order, the same questions, laid out to fill in. No sales page at the end. What you fill in belongs to you.

Get the document

As a PDF, straight to your inbox. All we need is a name and an address to send it to.

No newsletter. You get the self-audit, nothing else.

What's in it

Five steps, in the same order we otherwise walk with you in the room. Two of them you can try straight away in the document, there are tables for it.

  1. 01

    Identifying the touchpoints

Not the tools, the work: everything that happens between first contact with a client and the paid invoice.

  2. 02

    Categorizing

Every task gets a color: well used, at risk, wasted, untapped. That becomes your Human Premium Map.

  3. 03

    Defining quality

“The copy is good” is not a standard, it is a label. This is where it turns into something an AI and a new hire can both aim at.

  4. 04

    Prioritizing

Impact on revenue against the effort the change takes. That becomes the Priority Matrix, including the items that pay off immediately.

  5. 05

    Executing and measuring

A 90-day roadmap with owners, and a KPI sheet as a baseline. In 90 days you can check whether anything actually moved.

Run the steps yourselves and you have a good sketch. What you do not have is the certainty that the sketch is right. That takes a look that does not come from the inside.

Who the Self-Audit is for

The Self-Audit is for you if …

  • You decide what gets automated in your company, and what does not.
  • You want to know which customer contacts have to stay human before you buy tools.
  • You are still at the start and need an honest baseline.
  • You already use AI and cannot say what it actually changed.
