# Future Presence

> Future Presence is a German AI-transformation consultancy, founder-led by Mihaela Nompleggio (Leadership & Culture) and Daniel Scheffler (Technology & Implementation), based in Neuss, Germany. It guides leadership teams through AI adoption with a combination of hands-on advisory and technical delivery, arguing that AI adoption fails or succeeds on human judgement and organizational culture, not tooling alone.

Future Presence advises companies on where AI genuinely helps and where it doesn't, then implements the resulting systems itself. The same people advise and build, so accountability never splits. The offering is organised as three stages that are individually bookable: BE VISIBLE (brand, website, leadership presence, content), ADOPT AI (technical delivery, integration, pilots, AI mindset), and PERFORM WITH AI (human-AI strategy, culture, governance, quality standards, KPIs). Delivery formats: personal advisory (Persönliche Beratung), keynote talks, workshops, multi-week strategic sparring engagements, and build/delivery work (Umsetzung).
